For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa or Mastercard. Gratuities are not included with any service pricing.
"Cloud Nine" for everyone on your gift list. CBHA Wellness & Spa gift certificates make excellent gifts for any occasion. Certificates are available for any of our services and products offered at the spa. You may also purchase dollar denomination gift certificates.
Sometimes there is no choice but to cancel or change an appointment. We kindly request a 24 hour notice for a cancellation. When scheduling multiple service appointments, confirmation with a major credit card or gift certificate number is required and failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in a 50% service charge. Failure to provide any notice will result in a full service price. Late arrival for any appointment may result in an adjustment to the service time.
