What to Expect at CBHA
Our goal is to make your entire experience as comfortable as possible. You will be asked to fill out initial paperwork so please bring your insurance card and any pertinent paperwork with you. You will consult with one of our physicians and be instructed through an initial exam. A subsequent visit will then be scheduled to review all findings, advanced diagnostics may be scheduled and a treatment program will be advised.
